As the company grew organically and expanded its sphere of operations, Dr. Jaber Al-Marri was at the helm, steering the group in the right direction. He remains the chairman and CEO of MEPC to this day.
Given the constant increase in the workforce
associated with the development of the plant and the commissioning of new technological facilities, the management of Middle Eastern Petroleum Corporation (MEPC) is consistently working to address the issues of social protection of workers and create favorable working conditions for them. To date, the number of employees of the plant is about 300 people. That is why one of the priority areas of the plant's activity is the development and improvement of the level of social and personnel policy.

Middle Eastern Petroleum Corporation (MEPC) took 1st place in the nomination "For participation in solving social problems of territories and the development of corporate charity" in the regional stage of the All-Qatar competition "Qatar organization of high social efficiency". The results of the competition prove not for the first time that Middle Eastern Petroleum Corporation (MEPC) occupies a worthy place in the labor market in the region.
